We process and dispatch orders daily.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on the package weight (number of items) and your location. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 2-8 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 2-8 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-14 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3-6 Business Days
United Kingdom & Europe:
- Standard Shipping: 5-14 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3-6 Business Days
CUSTOM AND IMPORT FEES
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be assessed by the carrier upon delivery, and must be paid by the recipient.
Customs policies differ from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information. If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
In some countries, customs offices may request identification from the recipient (importer of record) to release a shipment. You may be asked to provide a form of ID such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
PROCESSING TIME
Our standard estimated processing time is 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If we are receiving a high volumes of orders, please allow additional business days for your order to be dispatched, we appreciate your patience and support!
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and the steps to track the progression of your package.
The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.
You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Once you process your order and click ‘confirm & pay‘, after this point we can’t guarantee any changes.
If you already received your tracking number, please contact AusPost customer support to redirect your parcel. If you have not received your tracking number yet, please email gear@bigboysgroup.com.au
